Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Wraps

We love eating wraps in the summer.  They are healthy and light, yet filling.  Wraps make the perfect meal for lunch or dinner.  We've found some delicious ones for you to add to your recipe collection. Enjoy!



Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
salt and pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup chopped pineapple fresh or canned
1/4 of a red onion chopped
1 romaine heart chopped
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
4 large wheat or white flour tortillas

Instructions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken pieces to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook, flipping once until chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove pan from heat. Add barbecue sauce to the pan and toss chicken to coat. 
Place tortilla on a plate. Layer with a spoonful of barbecue chicken, cheese, pineapple, onion, chopped romaine and cilantro. Roll, burrito style and secure with a toothpick. Serve immediately.

Cobb Salad Wrap Recipe

Cobb Salad Wrap Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups of Rotisserie chicken, sliced
1 package of Romain lettuce, chopped
1 package of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large avocado, sliced
1 medium purple onion, thinly sliced
3 hard-boled eggs, peeled and sliced
6 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
8 flour tortillas, warmed
serve with a drizzling of Ranch dressing

Instructions:
Layer the center of the warmed tortilla with a sprinkling of the ingredients and top with a drizzling of the Ranch dressing.  Fold the ends of the tortilla, wrap, and enjoy!


Spicy Tuna Wraps

Spicy Tuna Wraps

Ingredients:
1 4 oz can Wild Selections® Tuna
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise adjust based on your preferred level of creaminess
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp Sriracha
2 wraps
2/3 cup matchstick carrots
1/2 Hass avocado sliced
1/2 cucumber peeled and sliced into long sticks

Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sriracha.
Divide the tuna salad between the two wraps.
Divide the vegetables between the two wraps.

Wrap and enjoy!
